The original BOQ excerpt retains descriptions, quantities and units for civil works, concrete materials and reinforcing steel. Commercial rates and amounts are removed from the shared image.
The development comprised 235 units. This is the scale of the development, rather than a claim that I personally built or independently delivered every unit.
