- Prepared civil, structural and architectural takeoffs and BOQs.
- Checked dimensions, counts, areas, volumes and rounding in Excel.
- Reviewed contractor proposals against quantities and specifications.
- Coordinated supplier enquiries, material deliveries, permits and progress records.
READING THE EVIDENCE
What the sample shows.
Selected original Excel records show excavation and concrete quantities. The separate reinforcement excerpt records bar diameters, counts, lengths, weights and stock requirements. These records are presented as measurement examples; they are not a reconciled final project account.
For a 235-unit residential development, my responsibilities covered estimating, procurement and construction coordination. Across my Ri-Rance role, I coordinated approximately 2–3 projects concurrently.
